Seismic Renger

The SEISMIC RANGER is a fully equipped, self-contained mobile drilling rig designed specifically for the seismic drilling industry.

Designed and manufactured by drillers for drillers the SEISMIC RANGER incorporates features necessary for the high speed drilling and maneuverability required for seismic drilling. The SEISMIC RANGER is equipped with a powerful hydraulic rotary drillhead with built-in air/water swivel and shock cushion for effective drilling with DTH hammers. The drill head features infinitely variable rotation speeds and a full 10 ft. travel. Down pressure and lifting capabilities are provided by a powerful 8,000 lb. hydraulic winch equipped with strong 3/8" wire cable.

The SEISMIC RANGER is complete with a diesel-powered air compressor developing 210 CFM @ 150 PSI and a hydraulically operated structural steel mast. The entire assembly is mounted on a rubber-tracked all-terrain vehicle capable of speeds up to 15 MPH complete with operator safety features including back-up alarm, lights, emergency shut-down switch and fire extinguisher.
